The DAC-100 has two socketed firmware chips that will need to be changed to update your converter.

If you feel comfortable, doing this yourself, we can mail you a kit that will allow you to update the DAC-100. Changing the internal chips will require you to disassemble the converter. If you do not feel comfortable changing the chips, you can request an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number) and you can send your unit to Datavideo for the update.
